DID MEN GO MISSING IN YOUR FAMILY, 1900-1940?

Are there stories of missing men in your family history from around the years 1900-1940?  Were they perhaps traveling in the northern part of Escambia County when they disappeared?  If so, would you be willing to share that story? (research ongoing as of 2021)  We are recording these stories to hopefully identify black males who met a violent end in the racially charged Jim Crow years in this area.
